Khori Louis's successful day continued on Monday evening as she was named the ACC Co-Offensive Player of the Week for her performance in the wins against No. 15 Georgia Tech and Clemson. It is the first time that Louis has earned ACC Player of the Week honors in her career.
Louis was phenomenal in the Seminoles' two wins this week as she led the team with 35 kills and an impressive .604 hitting percentage. Her .604 hitting percentage was the most of any player in the country with a minimum of 50 attempts. Louis recorded 15 kills on 26 attempts in the Noles' upset win over No. 15 Georgia Tech on Friday night. Louis followed her performance on Friday with a career day on Sunday where she tied her career high with 20 kills on just 27 attempts against Clemson. Louis raised her season hitting percentage to .417 which is second in the ACC and 13th in the entire country. Louis was drafted sixth overall in the Pro Volleyball Federation Draft by the Atlanta Vibe earlier today.
Louis and the Noles will be back in action on Wednesday at noon against No. 10 SMU in Tully Gym. The game can be streamed live on ACC Network Extra.
