The Florida State track and field teams concluded day one of the 2025 ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships in Kentucky at the Norton Healthcare and learning center.
The men’s team started the evening in the 5,000-meter with Zach Leachman placing fourth with a time of 13:52.56.
Shenese Walker won her heat in the 200 preliminaries, advancing to Sunday’s final with a season best of 23.49.
Neo Mosebi placed eighth in the men’s 200 preliminaries, earning a spot in Sunday’s final with a time of 21.16. Amare Williams finished in 19th with a time of 21.81
The men’s distance medley relay team of Zach Trotter, Curtis Bain, Anthony Herrera and Zach Cloud placed eighth with the fourth-fastest time in school history with a time of 9:38.12.
The women’s distance medley relay team consisting of Bieke Schipperen, Alyia Green, Brooke Mullins and Suus Altorf claimed fourth lowering their school record with a time of 10:55.41.
The Noles will begin day two of the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships on Sunday with the women’s long jump at 2:15 p.m.
