Funding 'full cost of attendance' won't be cheap

FSU expects to spend an extra $2 million per year to fund the new "full cost of attendance" measure, passed recently by the Power Five conferences.

To pay for that, FSU is planning a 2 percent budget cut across the board next fiscal year.
