I'm not going to go back and replay it, but I swear he was talking about the landing gear going down w/ gravity.
He said flaps.
Which if he were talking about our bodies and age, he'd definitely be right
Was he referring to the wing flaps or the landing gear door flaps?Cool kid, but the flaps won't come down via gravity. The gear will.

Ain't that the truth Dan!
What's he doing? He has a bright future if he knows what he wants at this age. It's a gift.
My oldest wanted to fly since he was three when I used to take him flying as a little guy. Today he is living my dream at 23. He never forget the dream while I managed to lose mine along the way in high school and early college.
He actually says both. He said flaps first, but then goes on to talk about the landing gear.I'm not going to go back and replay it, but I swear he was talking about the landing gear going down w/ gravity.

Aerobatics. That's cool. I have about 50 hours in a T6. The original T6. We did a ground-up restoration of one, then raced it out at the Reno Air Races. He's in the Navy in Pensacola right now training to be a pilot in the T6 trainer. Just completed His check ride for acrobatics. He loves it
