So my GMC Acadia had a "few" recalls & brought it to the dealer on Saturday. Just simple things like airbags, seatbelts & power steering system! Boy do I feel confident putting my entire family in that car now.
What makes no sense to me is the recall covered models from 2007-2012. How does a company spit out cars for 5+ years with the same major defects?
Of course I had to throw in a smart a@# comment like "is there a recall for engines falling out". The tech replied "sir GMC is dedicated to providing elite service for their customers". Yup, then why did you fight me about handing over a loaner car for the weekend.
