And I don't mean that as a bad thing. We have done a lot worse at QB than EJ. EJ took us to a 12-2 record in 2012. But Golson and EJ are similar to me in their running ability and their passing style. Neither of them processes things as quickly as Jameis. We could have won a National Championship with EJ if we hadn't crapped the bed at NC State and self destructed in the 4th quarter against UF. And we were winning 20-16 against UF when EJ took the dirty helmet to helmet shot and fumbled the ball in the process.
Point is we can win big with Golson. We don't always have to have a QB like Jameis to be a Championship program.
