Golson has done the one thing that people were concerned about: Take care of the Football!!! He has yet to have a turnover. And with the defense we have this year if he does that then we'll be in every game. Does he need to do some things better? Yes. Namely he needs to be a little more accurate on 3rd down. That is the only thing I think he has been subpar at so far. He's missed some throws on key 3rd downs that would have extended drives.
But Golson isn't the biggest issue on offense. The biggest issue is the OLine. I think they'll continue to get better but we've been spoiled by the OLine we had the past 3 years. This OLine is so young. The good news is we have a bye week to keep improving and I think by the time we get to the real tough opponents like Miami, Louisville (they have a good defense), Georgia Tech and Clemson this OLine will be playing better.
