Golson threw the most 20+ yard passes last season?

Saw a tweet by Max olson pumping up Trevone Boykin because he "Threw the most 20+ yard passes of any P5 qb last year 30/96....."

Then I saw tweet by david hale saying
"Everett Golson threw 30 completions of 20+ yards last season...."

so by law of substitution Everett Golson is best downfield passer in NCAA last year. And he did it in less games than Boykin. Also we have a bunch of burners at WR who can and will bust the top off defenses this year!!!!!!
