One that was manufactured within the last 18 months. Price is $20 cheaper than the original price.

Not much help, but that's pretty much what I found when I was searching for used tablets.

The only thing I’d add to the sale on the cheap current ipad is that it doesn’t carry enough memory if you want to use it for much beyond the usual (internet, social media, emails, reading books etc...). If you want to load up a bunch of apps and graphic heavy games then you’ll need to upgrade to the 128 version that is going for $80 more.

A mini with 16 or 32GB or a refurbished 2yo model (air, mini most likely) with 16 or 32GB. If you save no pictures and have very few apps, that memory would likely work. Otherwise you'd want to spend more for more memory (or go for a non-Apple product).
