Does your company allow people to dress up? If so will you be taking part?

You're kidding, right...

So, not a good idea?

Yes and yes, for a couple hours. My team does a group costume every year and I am a part of it this year. I usually take the day off because it's my birthday but I have a staff meeting presentation to give so I have to be here. After the meeting we have a potluck party with costume contests.

I'm going to suggest that you will find a strong correlation between those employees that go to work in a costume with those that carry their laptops in a backpack.

Was going to post a picture of a nurse costume, but googled it and got distracted.....

Isn't it on a Saturday?

Either way, no. I will dress up with my kids for trick or treating.

Seriously what's up with this backpack trend at work? I'm seeing 50 year old men in suits with a backpack on going to work
And these backpacks have enough compartments in them you could pack to climb everest. I don't get it. So stupid looking.

Definitely stupid looking. I have no idea why people wear suits and ties.

Not a fan of it, but they are better for your back than a shoulder bag.

Since I mainly work from a home office I'll honor the holiday by actually wearing pants. Usually, people are lucky if I'm wearing underwear.
