Rumors on ESPN radio and some chatter on other website's have Jim Harbaugh leaving Michigan for the LA Rams. No joke, word is that some NFL executive told Colin Cowherd Harbaugh is in the cross hairs of the Rams and Harbaugh and his wife loved coaching on the west coast.

The Rams are tired of losing and with the new stadium in LA they want someone who will bring excitement and enthusiasm to sell tickets.

I hope these rumors gain legs long time Noles around here know what coaching distractions can mean during bowl prep.

Harbaugh can't handle the randomness of college football, one turnover you are out, one wide right you are out

I want Jeff fishers job security. Have the most losses in NFL history and keep getting hired and rehired

I can't figure out why the guy is so beloved either for a 500 coach. He had that one good year with Steve McNair and nothing else I can remember.

Jeff Fisher will not be coaching the Rams next year, haven't heard anything about Harbaugh though

I warned my Wolverine step father not to get to excited about Harbough. 1 he doesn't stay around too long and 2 he hasn't won anything, been close, but no cigar. Why pay him so much.

Hmmm....hence the "rumors" of DPJ destination change? Makes sense for JH to have his name thrown in the hat, since LA has a young QB to groom and a solid D. Similiar to what he took over in San Fran. Everyone knows he will end up back in the league eventually.

His style grinds on players over time.. My opinion is that coaching 3 and 4 star players that want to make the NFL and can leave after 3-4 years is the best thing for Harbaugh.

I think Harbaugh eventually goes to the NFL but can't see it being this year. That would totally screw his alma mater.

Happy wife, happy life!!
Whatever, if her happy and his happy differ that much then she needs to go. Not sure why guys feel the need to cow to their wives wants especially when your the main cheese maker.

They do lose a lot this year. This was their shot to get it done so it wouldn't be a huge shock if he bolted.

Jeff Fisher is rumored to be replacing Coach O at LSU, because they "already had the sign done".

The Rams have fired Jeff Fisher...guess there could at least be a little smoke here

Welp...

As bad as the Browns are giving Fisher that extension had to be one of the dumbest moves I've seen in a long time. Not as damaging as a bad draft as it's only money, buy yikes.

Like getting engaged then breaking it off a week later.

Doubtful with Harbaugh's contract at UM. It would take $10m+ a year and complete control over the team. I can't see an NFL team paying that kind of salary or giving Harbaugh that kind of control after his SF days.

Doubt it happens as well but LA was already paying Fisher 7million and going 43-19 with a Super Bowl appearance isn't considered a failure at SF.

I think Kronke will pay whatever it takes to get Harbaugh. Big splash hire with a new market team
