The state rested its case yesterday. The judge advised the jurors that they would likely receive the case "next week," which means Hernandez will not offer much of a case.

Yesterday the jurors saw pictures of the victim's bullet-riddled body. Some of them visibly recoiled when seeing the grisly pictures. If Hernandez escapes conviction, the whole criminal justice system is flawed.

The guy's guilt is overwhelmingly clear, as confirmed by the evidence and his own actions and inactions. A wealthy man who was truly innocent would be staging loud public protests over the whole situation, and offering at least some suggestion of his innocence. Hell, even OJ set up a hotline to supposedly help look for "the real killer." Instead, this guy cowers in his cage, hoping only that one idiotic or corrupt juror will say the state failed to carry its burden of proof.
