Hotel available for Clemson weekend

I accidentally booked a non refundable room in Tallahassee for Fri and Sat night for this weekend's game v. Clemson. I'm not able to make it, and was looking to unload it to someone for relatively cheap. It's' the Baymont Suites on Apalachee behind the IHOP. It's nothing special, but better than many places in Tally on game weekends. I payed $476 total for the two nights and would be willing to transfer the reservation for $300 total (you won't find anything better in Tally at this point).
