But I just spent half an hour on the phone with my dad trying to explain to how to copy photos from his computer onto a flash drive.
"Yeah, just select them all, are they blue, yeah, then drag them over to the thumb drive, no drag them, the thumb drive, on the left, where it shows the thumb drive, didn't you just tell me you can see it...right, drag them there. How can only one have gone, didn't have have them all selected? Yeah, grab them all...now drag them across....."

Half an hour of that.

I know what you're talking about. Not this story but for some reason , this came to mind. Last month , my 79 yr old mom finally has a facebook account. Admittedly , I laughed so hard , as I assisted her showing her how to look at messages , etc.. I love her so much

My mom has a facebook account but my dad refuses to set one up......he just uses hers! It's very confusing to see posts that sound very much like grump old man tied to the photo of gray-haired grandma.

Ah, reminds me of my Web support days at USAA.

Old people and computers don't mix.

Dude your dad is Bill Gates to the Steve Jobs power compared to mine. I doubt my dad has ever even touched a keyboard.

My dad lived just long enough to buy me my first computer, and IBM PC-XT...he died the following year, when I was 25. Mom lasted until I was 28.

I'll trade my little story for yours, Belem, any day.
