That's awful.

Oddly enough we caught a guy who drove into our neighborhood yesterday and dumped a dog out. It was right in front of our house.

He sped off and the dog changed him. Another neighbor was in his car about to leave and was chase him down to get tag number. Turns out this person has done this before. The police said he would be going to jail tonight.

Crazy.
