If the players check out mentally, do you fire Norvell?

I added a poll. I say yes because you can't have a coach whose players don't want to play for him. Sure it will cost us millions more putting us further behind the financial 8-ball, but it will be even more costly to keep him on.

We can't afford to fire Norvell, and we can't afford not to.
