How does that affect the rest of the pods?
Ga Tech currently has Clemson, Louisville and Wake. Let’s assume they keep Clemson to simplify this a touch.
If we replace Louisville then Louisville ends up with Syracuse, Miami and UVA. Pretty soft Louisville pod, they might not hate it. Cuse ends up with BC, Louisville and Pitt. A downgrade in strength but not drastic. Ga Tech ends up with Clemson, FSU and Wake. Pretty deadly for GT.
If we replace Wake then Wake ends up with Duke, Syracuse, Va Tech. That is pretty soft. This also makes the Cuse pod super soft: Wake, BC and Pitt. The worst thing though is it leaves GT with us, Clemson and Louisville. Brutal.
I think we ended up with Cuse not just to balance our pods strength but the remaining pods as well. Just some food for thought.
