Kickoff is at 7 - here's some things to do in Raleigh while you wait

Pizza/italian
  1. Vic's Italian - excellent NY Style pizza. Pasta dishes can be hit or miss.
  2. Trophy Pizza and Brewing - very good pizza with unique toppings. My favorite is the Daredevil. It's a spicy pie with scirracha, jalapeño, and ghost pepper salami.
  3. Cafe Luna - good pasta dishes
  4. Tuscan Blue

Burgers -
  1. Bad Daddy's - pricey, but great burgers, okay beer list. And Tots
  2. MoJo's - not as good as Bad Daddy's but pretty good. Reasonably priced
  3. Chucks - very good burgers. The toppings are a little fu-fu. It's not listed on the menu, but you can build your own without the fu-fu
  4. Clouds Brewing - decent burgers
  5. Raleigh Times - good burgers, good beer list. Rooftop seating
  6. Busy Bee - decent food. Good beer list. Rooftop seating
  7. The Station - decent food. Decent beer list. Excellent patio

Bakeries
  1. Boulted - very good. Go for the Ham & Cheese Croissant
  2. Yellow Dog - not as good (to me) but more selection

BBQ:
  1. The Pit - BBQ in an upscale setting. It's good, not great.
  2. Coopers - better q, but still not great. Cash only

Mexican:
  1. Centro- never been but my wife tells me it's very good
  2. Jose & Sons- Mexican/Southern fusion. Very possibly my favorite restaurant in Raleigh
  3. El Rodeo - typical Mexican restaurant.
