Considering the living conditions he's going to have....solitary confinement 23 hours a day in a cell not much bigger than a small bathroom. 1 hour a day for exercise, alone. I would have been OK with him getting just life. After living like that for a while, death will be a relief.

The Boston sentence is really pretty surprising. The last time Massachusetts executed anyone was 1947. It has been illegal there for decades, so the jury pool comes from a very strong bias against the penalty. I was quite surprised (pleasantly).

Looks like that was fake.

But on a related RELATED note...why is there a bunch of websites devoted to Josh Minor? I even watched one of his "videos" and it's the biggest waste of anyone's time and his %*%* is a waste of oxygen.

I kind of hope he stays alive for another 20 years. a) he's no further danger to anyone else, b)he continues to be punished for his crimes, and c) he occasionally provides some entertainment value with his kookiness.
