No. Only an idiot would say something like that.
Most of us literally have no idea, thus we should not even attempt to have a discussion about it.
I will say that I was in a few establishments this weekend that offered the very worst customer service I've ever had. That's not corrupt, but is a culture of ineptitude!

Sorry. I think most of us can recognize that Tallahassee is not one of the worst cities in the country. Nor is it one of the most corrupt cities, despite an investigation on some possible CRA misuse. The economy is booming here with a very large middle to upper class due to state capital and universities.
On a related note, I have noticed customer service is down everywhere. I chalk it up to the job market being so good that many of your retail and fast food type restaurants are left with the dregs at this point.
Homeless people everywhere. Eye sore bus station downtown littered with deplorables. A lot of crime where college students live off campus (I get it, they are vulnerable targets, it's still bad though.)
Maybe the outskirts of Tallahassee are nice but it's a DUMP around FSU. Only an idiot would ignore the problems.

LMAO at your take on the fringe outskirts of Tallahassee being the only nice part of town. Yes, we do have some homeless folks and some poor folks around the bus stop area. Crime is high ...per capita for sure the last few years
But none of this make Tallahassee the worst city in America. Can’t belive fellow nolefans can even agree with such an asinine statement simply based on it being the home to FSU.

Definitely some low life areas where people will kill one another over money and drugs. Still would not categorize these spots as the worst in USA. Don’t really feel unsafe either.
