I have done that repeatedly and even posted on the technical board without so much as one response from anyone. Every time I log on to TC I am sent to a Live Update cache. I have to change the thread options and then set the options to read 1 page only. I am unable to go to page 2 because it sends me right back to the cached Live Updates. What does it take for someone to respond to repeated requests to fix this?
Is there any point sending emails to technical support?
