Of course now I can say that as well. A woman I grew up with (went to the same Christian private school for elementary and part of Middle school) and went to the same high school became a murderer about a year and a half ago thanks to meth. From expensive private Christian school and HS honor student to trailer park methhead was quite the fall.
But anyways, she ended up where she lived in a trailer home with a younger boyfriend (I think he was mid 20s while she was late 30s) and a 17 or 18 yo runaway girl in a triumvirate. Apparently, the girl wanted to go back home and give up drugs so my Childhood friend injected her with...something from memory I can't recall we'll just say heroin. The girl started "freaking out" according to my ex friend and so she was afraid the girl would call attention to what was going on so she pistol whipped her in the head and knocked her out (even if she lived it was so vicious she probably would have had brain damage anyways). When the boyfriend came home she convinced him to help her tie the girl up and throw her in the trunk of their car in case someone came over because of all of the screaming.
Them being methheads in a trailer park, no one bothered to check on the altercation or call the police and my Childhood friend and her boyfriend forgot about her. This being Florida during the daytime...the girl died after being locked in the trunk and taped up Unable to really breathe. They then attempted to bury her the next day but were eventually caught.
I actually don't know what happened to her. They tried the two of them separately and he went first. He got life in prison for helping her but I never found anything saying what she got. Since she was the real murderer far more culpable than the guy it would be a shame (but pretty believable) that she got off or with a lesser sentence.
