Iron Man, War Machine, The Vision, Black Widow, Black Panther
vs.
Capt. America, Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, Agent 13, The Falcon, and Ant-man (not pictured that I can see)
My understanding is that it's literally going to be a flip from the comics with rather than Iron Man working for the gov and corporations and Captain America working for individual freedom, it's going to be the dead opposite of that.
Given the personalities I've seen, that makes more sense to me. I while I could see Cap standing to protect individual freedom, I could not see a scenario where Downey's character sides with the government.
BTW, Cap has a weak-ass squad.
I can. They've set the stage for Starke taking full blame for Ultron and Tony's guilt trip moving him toward regulation.
Cap is going to go balls out on protecting Buckey from persecution and anti big brother (stage set in Winter Soldier).
What confuses me are the team members.

what makes more sense is for Starke to oppose government control as he always has. Capt America will be a good soldier as usual and those accepting government oversight/direction will align behind him.

comparatively speaking, yes, he's screwed. He'll need Banner.
