I had the good fortune to go see Coach last night in Norfolk. Always a good thing. He talked about having grit when he spoke of his mom and dad, touched on the movie Lone Survivor and the main character and how he has spoken to the team, of course he talked about family, said Josh Sweat is doing very well in his rehab-no worries there, told the story of how JW came into the huddle during the Auburn game after being down by 18 and asked the guys "are you strong",. I did get the chance to shake his hand while he was on the way to the man room for a deposit. I asked him how Ethan was doing and he said "fine" but he was on the phone trying to make his way back to his spot up front. He did pass by our table and gave me a tap on my shoulder. Really glad I got to see him again up close and sort of personal. He was on the move as always.............Love that man! I have loved FSU since 1993 but having Jimbo there just cements it for me even more. If I had young football playing kids I certainly would steer them to Jimbo Fisher for his character building alone. Thank you Coach from Ernie Thomas!
