BC played us as tough as anyone last year in the regular season and we escaped with a 3-point win. And I think that game has made folks believe that "BC always plays us tough" and that we seem to always struggle with them.
Well, here is how Jimbo has fared against BC since taking over as HC in 2010:
This year BC returns 0 starters on the OL and they have a new QB. Jon Hiliman, their returning starting RB, has struggled in their first two games with 19 carries for just 72 yards.
BC has played two bad FCS teams so far this year in Maine and Howard. I think that they are going to be shocked when they line up against FSU on Friday night. They haven't seen speed and power yet this year and this will be their first "real" game after two scrimmages.
Oh, and Everett Golson is 1-0 at BC winning there as a FR in 2012 for ND.
