Hey guys, I have a 3/2 small lake house on Talquin located off Highway 267 (Gadsden county side of the lake) that I'm going to turn into a vacation rental property.
My parents had been living in it and didn't do a great job keeping it up so I'm in the process of fixing it up...
Would anyone be interested in renting for the GT weekend? It's got a dock, a boat lift, screened in porch, large circular driveway that will accommodate a boat trailer....
I'm thinking $100 per night with a $50 cleaning fee...two night minimum...so $250 for Friday-Sunday. Additional nights are fine as well. Price will be a good bit higher when I'm finished fixing it up.
