"Imagine you own a 2014 Ferrari 458 Italia Spider. Great job being excellent. You love it. OK, now, picture this: One night, you drop your primo Italian sports car off at a valet. Later, that valet—for whatever reason—gives the keys to your ride to someone else. Oops. That’s exactly what happened last summer to a Florida resident, and now he’s taking the interesting step of suing the resort that employed the valet."

"The couple that made off with the Spider, Levi Miles and Chloe Rimmer, were arrested within an hour, according to the newspaper. Miles faces charges of grand theft, possession of cocaine, and habitually driving with a suspended or revoked license; Rimmer’s facing a marijuana possession charge."

Heh - her name is "Rimmer"!

If you are dropping your Ferrari off at the valet, you don't really care about your Ferrari.
Besides, that's what insurance is for if your car is stolen.

2 things you don't do with a Ferrari.
Don't rack up miles on it.
Don't repaint it.
They are a very finicky clique.

And don't have anything on the Carfax either... like 'stolen'

We had a rental car stolen at the Vinoy a few years ago that was being brought around by the Valet. The car was pulled to the pick up area. Some drunk and stoned dude jumped in and took off. They caught him passed out miles away at a gas station. Was a waste of a good night. Sadly the car was not a Ferrari.

Having a car like that would be so frustrating. Built to run but you're stuck in traffic, or at best doing 90 on the open road.
