love JF and agree with Saint Nick when he says FSU is built like an SEC program. FSU can and will win more conf and NC under JF.
However thoughts on 3 issues that long term might create issue that impact recruiting and winning:
1: Jimbo continues to be OC. At this level of play it is hard to be HC and OC. Looking at the other top programs there is a CEO as HC who can be heavily involved with O or D depending on their past history. Would love to see a young OC, a pro coach wanting to get OC experience or a former HC who can run the offense.
2: Complicated offense. The pro offensive style he runs makes it hard for talent to get on field early especially at WR.
3: Loalty to coaches. Has JF fired a coach while at FSU? He was happy to see D.C. Go to UGA, but some turnover cretes by you can sometimes be good for a program. Won't name anyone but not sure performance of some coaches merit them still being at FSU.
