Looking for at home/remote work, anybody know if YBS is legit?

I put out some indeed resumes and of course got a shit ton of responses, most of which were obvious BS. But does anybody know anything about this company? There's only 4 reviews on Glassdoor. Also I literally know nothing about working from home/customer service job and I'm trying to find something besides working at restaurants until 1 AM while I finish school. Any ideas on where to look would be appreciated
