He needs to work with a true QB coach this offseason on mechanics & decision making. Not Whitfield!
Plus he needs to learn how to relax, more even keel. He's way too emotional.

The pick was humphries fault

I've given Jameis hell this year but that pick was on Humphries

Trying too hard to do too much. Needs some supporting cast. Hope he does not hurt his career playing for a hopeless loser like Tampa Bay....think Archie Manning with the Saints years ago.

He has been but a lot has been put on him no line, no RB, and then he has Evans

Tampa Bay is not a hopeless loser. Injuries detailed this season. We still have a chance to finish 9-7. Cleveland, now that's a hopeless loser.

He's a decent NFL QB, and that's about it. He has to make a leap to get in the same conversation with Brady, Rogers and Brees. He simply not there yet. Give him time and a better supporting cast, and he'll get there.

Evans is puking on the sidelines and Brate is on IR, leaving an undrafted shrimp as his only viable receiver. Jameis is running for his life every week. Bucs and Noles are both lacking in the O-line department, both players and coaching.
