Has anyone received their refund from the kickoff tailgate? Will be in Gods Country this weekend and would like to use that $50.00 credit at the bar.

Madso Refunds?

I received the refund for the extra drink tickets, but per the e-mail from MadSo, they did state that the refund for admission (a gift card) could take approximately six weeks to receive. We’re not quite to that point yet.
I’m sure they’ll get them done when they can.
Not when you consider how much of an ordeal I am SURE the good folks at MadSo went through. No complaints here and additionally as I previously posted, they CLEARLY stated that in their e-mail that went out.
Not sketchy at all IMO.
Six weeks for a refund / credit - regardless of whatever the hell their email stated - is pathetic.
They need me as thier provider. It takes time to populate the data and correlate the transition. Have to get a spreadsheet with everyone's data, send it up to card maker, then order competes with the other gift card orders, then sent to merchant, and then distributed. Lot of people and a lot of info. The most time is literally in the logistics.
Admittedly I don't know the details but my guess is they gotta get paid before you get paid.
Wow, always nice to be called sketchy and pathetic by fellow fans against a place that supports the university in all the ways we do. Especially when you have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about.

As stated in the original email, this process will take 4-6 weeks. We had to order 2,000 gift cards to be made and sent to us. From there, we have to coordinate all the cards and mail them out. This is a separate process from the store so this must be mailed out. Thanks for your patience and Go Noles!

Refunds for an event that didn’t happen shouldn’t take 6 weeks. Especially gift card refunds. Next time you buy something and return it, ask them to wait 6weeks or more because you’re so patient.
Madso also gave an option to use the tailgate ticket during Boise State wknd and get your money's worth in drinks/food at Madso immediately. The other option was to get a gift card mailed to you which they stated would take time.

We even increased what the ticket was worth for the people that came and mobilized an entire staff in less than 48 hours.
