He took another cheap shot at Jameis for abusing women today. Clearly Jameis is in his racist head, but this BAMA-Gata-racist needs to be called out by JW's legal team at some point. Thrasher responded and he's still lynching Jameis with no cost and no change in his lying rants. Pathetic.

He was ranting about a Cavs game promo video showing a man Cavs fan and his wife/bulls fan recreating the big dance lift move from dirty Dancing- in this video he tosses her to the floor- Joe the rants about how insensitive it was and they should have "cast Jameis Winston or Ray Lewis" to be even more insensitive. I'll post the clip later.

I agree that the Winston legal team should take action against him. I understand that it will cause things to stay in the media even longer but I don't think there going away anytime soon anyways. There should be some reprocussions against him going on TV making statements about the case that are completely allegations not charges like he says they were, when in fact he was never charges with nothing. Obviously Thrasher didn't get his attention but maybe a lawsuit will. It's about time these talking heads and there companies start facing legal ramifications for there lies that are backed my no facts and maybe they will start doing research into the facts of the case before opening there pie holes. It's in sane to me that they have the freedom to go on and spew lie after lie. I also think they should take action against the producers of the Hunting Ground team. If a lawsuit cost them more than what the documentary brings them they will shut it down.

Even better, let Ray Lewis do it. Not sure if Ray was charged, but he clearly made the best of his life after whatever happened in Atlanta. I'm not a Ray Lewis fan for multiple reasons, but he never got into more trouble after and did all sorts of positive work in baltimore off the field.

At what point does the company (Buc's) do something about their product getting damaged?

They're not going to dignify it with a lawsuit, anything they did would be a plus for Morning Joe. Nobody watches that thing...they have like 57k viewers in the 25-54 demo. They are nothing, and suing him would be the best thing that ever happened to him, and allow him to make his name on somebody much more famous and accomplished. It's probably exactly what he wants.

Scarborough works for NBC, everyone is quite aware of their journalism standards - see Brian Williams. When Brokaw retired NBC became as credible as TMZ.

Exactly!
This is a network that employs a race hustler, fraud and tax cheat like Al Sharpton. Journalistic ethics are obviously not a priority.
Desperation for attention and ratings IS the priority. Don't feed into it.

gosh, ya know at this point it would almost be best for JW if he DID get charged, tried and found not guilty. That way he'd be cleared in people's minds moreso than with the law saying there's not enough to even charge him.

Of course they're buddies. Both are Bama freaks. Scarbrough is a nothing burger jerk.

this guy gets it...we fit more people in doak every fall saturday than this guy gets watching his show.

Scarborough has his own skeletons and that's why he sticks to TV rather than running for public office again. He watched a 15 minute segment of a movie that only gave EK's side and thinks he's an expert. Please don't give this clown anymore eyeballs or clicks.

No. Not at all. The burden of proof in a criminal case is much, much higher than it was in TPD's investigation, the SAO's investigation, and in the CoC hearing... and in the current civil suit. It'd be terrible for him to be charged.

Joe jumping on the accusation = fact bandwagon is surprising given the dead intern that's been following him around for a decade.

Iwis just comparing him to others who have been wrongfully accusal. Those people are not, in the eyes of the public, getting away with anything. I have heard women moment the fact that he's "walking around free." No one sags that about Kobe or Duke Lacrosse.
However, you're probably right. No need to risk a trial.

This counter-suit will property accomplish the same thing. I like that he's gone on the offensive.
