A win by VT over OSU would send shockwaves through the country and increase the chances that a 1 loss team from the conference could get into the playoff. While you might chalk the win last year up to the inexperience of a new QB, I'm not so sure that VT doesn't have the right personnel to get a similar result this year. The face that the game is in Blacksburg will assuredly help, but VT boasts one of the best secondaries in the country, giving them the ability to commit 7 guys to the box to help limit the rushing attack. I don't see VT being a pushover, not sure they get the win though.
