Need Editing Help on a Video

I have my baby boy on video giggling for the first time. Was wanting to edit out all the other talking in the background to where all you can hear are the giggles and then make it a ring tone for his mom.

Is that possible?

You can upload it to YOUtube and use one of the free YOUtube editing sites and then use one of the free YOUtube to mp3 sites to save it as it as an mp3 which the mom can then use it as a ringtone.

Or give it to me...I have video editing software I use for my classes and I can do it for you.

What I've found works courtesy of Hollywood is to just take my video to a "hacker" under my employ then sternly but politely state "Enhance!". It seems to take about 30 seconds.
