Nest thermostat

Anyone have one of these? They just updated to version 3 and I am considering pulling the trigger. The $249 price tag for a thermostat has me wondering if it's worth it.

I had one of the gen 1 models, loved it. Ease of use and the ability to set exactly when and what temp and to lock the controls when I didn't want it messed with was priceless. Too bad it wasn't compatible with the new ac I had installed. The app is super easy to use and I would highly recommend it
