I just got my labs back. I need to stop eating so much cured meat and cheese and no alcohol during hr weekdays.

I’ve managed to lose 10-15 pounds past year so I’d like to stay in that range. Pay just a little more attention to my Fitbit and My Fitness Pal and a smidge more cardio.

This is bulking season for me, which (intentionally) coincides with holiday eating and bulky sweaters. I did a pretty good job of staying lean all year. I'm focused on making significant gains in size and strength over the next couple of months, then will transition to dropping about 10 pounds or so to get lean for summer.

My bulking season usually runs from the first of January to the end of December. I'm dedicated.
 
I have a draft of novel that I'd like to turn into something publishable this year. Also would like to start on a new book.

Want to design a board game that I'd have a prototype by the end of the year.
