Highly recommend staying at the Marriott Marqui downtown. If you watched the World Series, it was the hotel with the Texas shaped floating river. We stayed in it this past weekend for my birthday. Pics of our view and my preemie going full diva in the infinity pool. That's the same little girl that almost 5 years ago, I posted her pic where she weighed sub-2 pounds and had all those tubes and wires. Amazing stuff...

I've stayed there. It's a great hotel. I tend to do more business in the Galleria area so the JW up there is more convenient for me but the Marquis is pretty sweet! Brisket Tacos and Biggio's were also pretty awesome

Try the Houstonian on Woodway next time. Really nice property and close to the Galleria.
