Noles in Virginia - Custom Plate Question

I used to have custom plates from the VA DMV that showed our 1993 National Championship on them with the old logo. I checked about getting another for my new car and it's still the same design (See Link).

Does anyone who lives in the Commonwealth know how one can go about getting that plate updated?
