Could Coach Norvell being the primary play caller be a bigger factor than has been mentioned? While we know Norvell has been heavily involved in planning, Dillingham was calling plays (with input from Norvell, I get that). But having Norvell being the primary play caller and not having to rely on someone to do the right thing and set up the play calls a few plays ahead, could make things interesting. Most everyone that speaks on the subject says Norvell has a very good offensive mind.
It will be interesting to see if there is a marked difference in the results, having Norvell as the primary play caller.
