I wanted to refrain from commenting on the Golson situation, but now that we know he is going to be here, everyone should consider this an amazing blessing. Golson has played in nearly every stage there is to play in. He has played in several tough environments and has a very good record and level of performance in those games. He won't be coming into a situation where he is overwhelmed with the media pressure, expectations of the fans, and he won't be playing against better competition. He has BEEN THERE, to use an oft over used phrase. He will certainly make our offense more potent than it would have been otherwise due to his dual threat capability, and he also has the drive of wanting to prove himself to the next level. There is no downside to this addition, if you try and make it anything otherwise then you're just a pessimist.
