is it still in tally?

Been along time ago so excuse the spelling

I used to go there a couple times a month when I lived there, and there used to be an asian( I almost said oriental) lady that was the manager I guess

Anyways she used to ask at the end of your meal " how was everything", then you would say good and she would say very good, very good

One time she asked and I said it sucked, worse meal I ever had and of course she replied very good, very good

I think that's the only English she spoke

Anyone remember the place?

Damn, that brings back memories. Oy Lin, not to be confused with "House of Lin". There were some truly epicly bad Chinese buffets in Tally back in the day. At least in my days in Tally ('90-'94).

Sure, I remember the place a buddy of mine his family owned the custom shop. We took the dragon costume out and walked around most of the Chinese restaurants.

Never paid for a meal afterwards, except for the "oily" part.

Lucy Ho's was the bomb. The Ho buffet was the best. Then along came Potbelly's and suddenly there was another kind of Ho buffet....

House of Lin was the place that was BYOB right? Next to Steve's Ice Cream?
