That's not the illegal part. I'd say the filming without consent and posting it on a website is however.
There's a charge called "rape by deception". "...a crime in which the perpetrator has the victim's agreement and compliance, but gains it through deception or fraudulent statements or actions."

Edited: It doesn't look like Florida has a specific "rape by fraud" law. Language wthin the state's rape law would have to be interpreted to include the fraud.

"794.011 (c): “Mentally incapacitated” means temporarily incapable of appraising or controlling a person’s own conduct due to the influence of a narcotic, anesthetic, or intoxicating substance administered without his or her consent or due to any other act committed upon that person without his or her consent."

Hopefully you are a lawyer; regardless I really don't want to know how you know that law.
