Did you know that the outing of Freeze's phone records was the result of Houston Nutt's suit against Ole Miss? I didn't. And that appears to be just the tip of the iceberg. While the NCAA has no subpoena power, Nutt's attorney's do. Apparently Ole Miss' administration thinks that if they just say no, it will all go away. But this gives the NCAA access to information they would not otherwise be able to compel Ole Miss to produce. Could get very messy in Oxford.
