Outdoor Boiler

What do you all recommend for and outdoor boiler for a large low country boil. I am thinking a 100 quart pot with strainer. What is good burner and set up for the price and how many btu fo you all recommend?

Anyone in the LR have low country boils and any experience with some recommendations? Or did I find a subject the LR has no expertise on?

You definitely want one with a strainer. Size of the pot really depends on how big a crowd you plan to entertain.

If you have anything other than a small pot, you need a good burner; I have a burner with double jets, iirc it's 200k btu that I use with a 60 quart pot.

I just use the burner from my turkey fryer. No idea how big it is but it is plenty big to boil water!
