Add chorizo to hamburger meat for burgers, tacos, pretty much everything. Cook chorizo and get some fat in the pan, remove meat and add onions and jalapenos. Cook down and scramble eggs, cheese and a little milk. Mix it all together, it's the bomb.

Get some Spanish-style chorizo, grill it whole, slice it, skewer on toothpicks with cubes of manchego, back on the grill just a few seconds to soften the cheese. Best hors d'oeuvres ever.
