Unfortunately no. Even murderers don’t automatically end up in max security (or “close management” which is the real buzzword now), those are for people who can’t be safe and calm in ordinary prison settings. So unless he starts shanking fellow prisoners, he’ll probably just end up in a run of the mill standard prison.

Price gauging drugs is not illegal. Brah got busted by the federales for tanking his hedge funds, lying to the rich people that invested in his hedge funds that he had not lost all their money, and then tried to pay them back by funneling money from the drug company to his hedge funds.
