'Pharma Bro' Martin Shkreli cries in court, is sentenced to 7 years for securities fraud....

Justice would be him serving his sentence in a maximum security facility though I doubt that will be happening.

Unfortunately no. Even murderers don’t automatically end up in max security (or “close management” which is the real buzzword now), those are for people who can’t be safe and calm in ordinary prison settings. So unless he starts shanking fellow prisoners, he’ll probably just end up in a run of the mill standard prison.

Which will be okay too. I just don't want to see him do his time in a country club lock up.

Is the epipen lady going to get hers?

Price gauging drugs is not illegal. Brah got busted by the federales for tanking his hedge funds, lying to the rich people that invested in his hedge funds that he had not lost all their money, and then tried to pay them back by funneling money from the drug company to his hedge funds. Us rich white people don't like to be lied to....you can get serious time for lying to us about our money....lie about your paramour, meh, but messing with my money is like messing with my emotions.

Justice would be time for the meds issue, not just messing with folks’ hedge funds.

Justice would be the government not fostering monopolies that enrich the few at the expense of the many.
This guy just demonstrated the problem, he didn’t create it.

Couldn't happen to a nicer prick.

Justice would be him getting aids in prison then not giving him access to aids medication...
