After No. 2 seed Louisville lost to No. 7 seed Michigan, Rick Pitino booted the Indianapolis prostitutes from the Louisville players' locker room after the game.
Pitino was so irate in the locker room, Pitino told his Louisville players - there will be no Indianapolis prostitutes tonight and there will be no more Louisville prostitutes for the rest of March Madness. Pitino believes that this punishment for the abysmal play by the Louisville basketball team, which embarrassed the ACC and the University of Louisville by losing to the No. 7 seed Michigan, was not just necessary, but warranted. Rick Pitino stated that:
When Johnnie, Johnnie Swofford, the current commissioner of the ACC, was asked by one of the reporters to comment about the Pitino prostitute ban as a punishment , Johnnie stated that:

"Those kids have to learn that those kinds of perks, that the University goes through great expense to setup, come with a heavy price, a winning price. No prostitutes for a night and through March Madness should teach those ungrateful kids a real lesson."
When Johnnie, Johnnie Swofford, the current commissioner of the ACC, was asked by one of the reporters to comment about the Pitino prostitute ban as a punishment , Johnnie stated that:
"The punishment is well justified and consistent with the high ethics, morals, values and principles established by both the ACC and the University of Louisville. It is just not right to reward those players and allow them to party all night with prostitutes after embarrassing the ACC the way they did."
A different reporter then surprisingly switched sports and asked Johhnie Swofford about Louisville's spring football and its upcoming 2017 season, to which Johnnie commented:
"The ACC has really high expectations for the Louisville football team come fall 2017. The ACC therefore in complicity with the University of Louisville went to great lengths to help Coach Petrino and the Louisville football staff steal the offensive play books of each of the ACC teams, so that the Louisville football staff and players could use those play books during spring practice and also get a head start on learning opposing teams offenses over the summer. We just figured that there was no need to wait for the fall to steal'em, when Louisville could get a great head start over the summer."
