Hypothetically, we beat Alabama and lose to Clemson. We win the rest of our schedule. Do we still make the CFP? Would Alabama, Florida,Miami, Louisville be enough to get the nod?
They put in Ohio state last year even though they didn't win the conference but what if Clemson has one loss and wins the ACC would we be at the mercy of how the PAC 12 and big 10/12 do. Would the CFP committee still put bama in with a loss to us and another terrible year by the AEC like last year? Just a thought.
