Each week you are basically in a playoff at the college football level. Who has the best chance at making it all the way....Here is each teams schedule heading into week 5.

AP Top 25

1) UGA (4-0) at Auburn, UK, at Vandy, UF, Missouri, vs, Ole Miss, at Tennessee, at Georgia Tech
Comments: Georgia has the easiest road. Their toughest game on the road is at Tennessee. They will be favored in every game the rest of the season.

2) Michigan (4-0) at Nebraska, at Minnesota, vs. IU, at Michigan State, vs. Purdue, at Penn State, at Mary, vs. Ohio State
Comments: Michigan has some road blocks ahead....at Penn State will knock one of the two teams out of the playoffs. Ohio State they get at home. While Michigan State is a mess...you know that game is always a brawl.

3) Texas (4-0) vs.Kansas, vs OU, at Houston, BYU, Kansas State, at TCU, at Iowa State, vs. Texas Tech
Comments: Texas can win each of these games....That being said, I don't see them running the table.

4) Ohio State (4-0) vs. Maryland, at Purdue, us Penn State, at Wisconsin, at Rutgers, vs. MSU, vs. Minnesota, at Michigan
Comments: I am shocked Ryan Day response to Lou Holtz saying that Ohio State is soft. The reality is he was not lying (Holtz), Notre Dame pushed Ohio State around at times on Saturday. When your coach has to defend your toughness...That is not a good sign. I expect them to fall sooner rather than later from the unbeaten ranks.

5) FSU vs. (4-0) VT, Syracuse, Duke, at WAKE, at Pitt, vs. Miami, UNA, at UF
Comments: Outside of UGA, FSU may have the most favorable schedule of the top five ranked team. They will be favored in every game the rest of the way. FSU is the best team in the country....There I said it...Again.

6) Penn State (4-0) at Northwestern, UMASS, at Ohio State, vs. IU, at Maryland, vs. Michigan, Rutgers, at Michigan State.
Comments: Penn State has a two game season left...Ohio State and Michigan. Win those two games and they are most likely in the playoffs unless they lose to someone in the Big 10 or now Big 20 football title game. I expect them to at least split those two. This is a complete team.

7) Washington- (4-0) at Arizona, vs. Oregon, vs. ASU, at Stanford, at USC, vs. Utah, at Oregon State, vs. Washington State.
Comments: Washington is one of the top five teams in the country. This past week they scored 59...and while they gave up 32 most of those came once Washington emptied the bench. They scored 14 points before their offense even got on the field. They have an elite offense, a very good defense and special teams. Their schedule is brutal....outside of Arizona State and Stanford every team they face the rest of the way has a winning record. Oregon, USC, Utah, Oregon State and Washington State are all ranked. If they run the table it will be quite impressive. If they had a 12 team playoff, Washington would be in...And no one would want to play them.

8) USC (4-0) at Colorado, vs. Arizona, at ND, vs. Utah, at Cal, vs. Washington, at Oregon, vs. UCLA
Comments: USC will get to at least 6-0. ND while a good team won't be able to keep up with the score....Can they beat UTAH? Their defense still concerns me. They have the best freshman receiver in the country (Branch).

9) Oregon (4-0) at Stanford, at Washington, vs. Washington State, at Utah, vs. Cal, vs, USC, ASU, vs. Oregon State.
Comments: What was known as the Pac 10 is the best conference in college football this year. The problem is these teams will all know each other off. This may be the year a 2 loss team makes the final four...Oregon is good enough to make the playoffs.

10) Utah-(4-0) at Oregon State, vs. Cal, at USC, vs. Oregon, vs, ASU, at Washington, at Arizona, vs. Colorado.
Comments: Utah has flaws...This team imho will be more of a spoiler than an actual playoff team. They could lose this week at Oregon State.

11) Notre Dame (4-1) at Duke, at Louisville, vs. USC, vs. Pittsburgh, at Clemson, vs. Wake, at Stanford
Comments: Duke is a tough, hardnosed team...My biggest issue is they have one of the best quarterbacks in the country and are way too conservative. You can't play the style of football that Marcus Freeman

12) Alabama (3-1) at Mississippi State, at Texas A&M, vs. Arkansas, vs. Tennessee, vs. LSU, at UK, Chattanooga, at AU
Comments: Alabama has already lost once...Their margin for error is ZERO....They just don't have a playoff team this year. I expect them to lose at Texas A&M.

13)LSU (3-1) at Ole Miss, at Missouri, vs. AU, vs. Army, at Alabama, vs. UF, vs Georgia State, vs. Texas A&M
Comments: LSU is the best one loss team in the country...and it will be that way all season. If they get by Ole Miss this weekend, LSU most likely will be 7-1 going into the Alabama game.

14) Oklahoma - (4-0) vs. Iowa State, Texas, UCF, at KU, at Oklahoma State, West Virginia, at BYU, vs TCU
Comments: Oklahoma has to worry about Iowa State this weekend....While not a great team Iowa State. OU is a team that can run the table or end up losing 2-3 teams.

15) UNC (4-0) vs. Syracuse, vs. Miami, UVA, at GT, Campbell, Duke, at Clemson, at NC State
Comments: North Carolina is a sleeper in the playoff race. Their schedule looks very manageable. The Miami game looms large for them.

16) Washington State - (4-0)at UCLA, Arizona, at Oregon, at ASU, vs. Stanford, at Cal, vs. Colorado, at Washington
Comments: Washington States win against Oregon State was very impressive last week. Their schedule is brutal. They have at least 2-3 losses.

17) Duke (4-0) vs. Notre Dame, vs. NC State, at FSU, at Louisville, vs. Wake, at UNC, at UVA, vs. Pitt
Comments: Duke can play with anyone left on their schedule...but Duke is still Duke. Until they actually do it....they are Duke. This is the best version of Duke but running the table is a bit much to ask. They will most likely lose to ND this weekend.

18) Miami (4-0) vs. GT, at UNC, vs. Clemson, UVA, at NC State, at FSU, vs. Louisville, at BC
Comments: What is crazy is who the narrative turns so quickly. Before the A&M game Miami seemed to have a ton of concerns...8 wins would have been a great season. Now games vs. Clemson look much more manageable....Miami first test comes against UNC...Win that and the showdown with FSU becomes huge.

These teams are ranked but have almost no shot at the playoffs.
19) Oregon State
20) Ole Miss
21) Tennessee
22) UF
23) Missouri
24) Kansas
25) Fresno State
