I got into Hardcore History by Dan Carlin on the recommendation of a co-worker. Have very much enjoyed them. Anyone else have good recommendations.

I went DEEP into True Crime Podcasts last year.
-Sword and Scale is probably the best, but it gets super morbid. Episode 20 was so dark I only made it 15 minutes, should have turned it off 5 minutes in.
-True Crime Garage is another great one. Much lighter coverage of similar topics.
- S Town is a solid anthology.
- Serial got old to me, just tell me if he did it.
- Up and Vanished was solid, but when the case was solved it was on the news in ATL. So that ruined it for me.

Rogan is a great podcast if you are interested in the guest or subject- I probably listen to 20% of his podcasts and really enjoy them.

Pardon My Take is amazing for sports- not a deep analysis but if you are in your mid 30's you will feel like you are listening to your two funniest friends talking.

Hardcore History is great.

It's not as professional, but I really like a podcast called Liar City. Doesn't come out that much, but lots of old episodes to catch up on.

In the true crime genre where they cover one case over a season like serial, I like Someone Knows Something, especially seasons 2 and 3. Really good, and it's professional. There's also a true crime podcast called Dirty John that covers a case and is super interesting. Many more in that genre are really good. I haven't found that many in the "one crime per episode" style that I really get into.

I listen to a lot of comedy podcasts, but of a certain taste, so I'm always hesitant to recommend comedy. How Did This Get Made, about bad movies, is pretty great and accessible.

Oh, Crimetown is pretty awesome too...chronicles the history of crime in Providence, Rhode Island. Not really a mystery, or super serious, just kind of real life goodfellas and corruption stuff told in a pretty entertaining way.

Love Hardcore History as well.

Get my FSU fix from Unconquered podcast and The Nolecast.

Really enjoy Freakonomics and The John Batchelor Show as well.
